The cost of placement depends on the chosen package.

Variant 1 (Bonus)

You can post jobs for free by specifying a bonus for a successful recommendation:

Matchit.me does not charge additional fees to the specified bonus; the bonus amount will be displayed on the site already considering the service commission.

Option 2 (CPA - cost per application).

You pay for a package of relevant candidates in multiples of 10; using is not limited in time, only by the number of suitable candidates.

The system automatically checks the relevance of candidates, and you pay only for candidates with a relevance of 80% or more.

If, for some reason, the candidate turns out to be irrelevant, stops responding to you, etc., no refunds are made. You are guaranteed to pay only for relevant and interested responses to your vacancies.

Option 3 (Turnkey recruiting. Percentage of salary)

Job posting is free. Our team independently posts and promotes vacancies and helps with the description if necessary.

There are no subscriptions. All payments are made after hiring.

You pay a percentage of the candidate's annual salary in equal installments over 6, 9, or 12 months, depending on the option you choose and the amount of the percentage.
